Heres my Touko or Hilda from Pokemon B&W. This was taken at Anime Festival Orlando 2011. It was insanely hot that day. Overall, the costume was very comfortable for the weather. The pink on the hat, shoes and the ENTIRE bag is hand painted with acrylics. The wig was the hardest part. It was originally golden color and 17 inches long, so I had to dye it using inks. What a nightmare! It looks nothing like hers, but I tried.

Awesome, any advice on how to make my own? I have a white hat but I'm not sure what paint or dye to use to color the pink areas on my hat...

I went to hobby lobby and got pink acrylic paint for about $1.60. It does not wash off, so be extra careful. Get some stencil paper and draw the Pokeball logo and use a razor blade to cut along the pattern. Tape it onto the cap with stencil tape and paint inside the cutout area. Don't use dye, it's too messy. Use acrylic and a small brush.
